A fabulous new chapter...

Welcome to the first installment on my educational website! It's an exciting time for the academic year this term as we have all sorts of festivals and events to work on with the children. Today is 'World Book Day' commemorating all things literary, but we also have British Science Week, Lent, St Patrick's Day and of course Easter coming up too! This term, I am interspersing all festival notes with the essentials of Maths and English, but also weaving History and Science into the mix wherever I can. Lots of craft-work can be found in our lesson rooms this week, as we also note the end of winter in the calendar year and the beginning of spring. We're creating weather conversion pictures to mark the event!
